     Where the river meets the bay

  Havre De Grace is a pretty little town in Maryland, located where the Susquehannah River meets the Chesapeake Bay.. almost voted to be the capital of the United States, losing by one vote to a city to be built now called Washington, DC.. It is a quaint little town with a population of maybe 12,000.. A version of the song I wrote about this 'jewel by the bay'.. dedicated to Marie, at 80 years young, one of Havre De Grace's coolest citizens..

  This version recorded by Callian's Dream; Meagan Lane: lead vocals and bass; Lynette Brawer: vocals and keys; Davy Shannon: vocals and guitar; Dew Maisel: percussion.. Callian's Dream has become 4Ever Erin.. 4Ever Erin and Dorothy and Dayve played this song at the "First Friday" celebration every month in Havre De Grace and it has proved quite popular by those that heard it..
